Iyappan Bhuvaneshwari Nadhaswaram Players is a dedicated Nadhaswara party in Chennai, based in Selaiyur, Tambaram.
Our Story
Nadhaswaram is called mangala vadyam — the auspicious instrument. For generations, no Tamil wedding or temple festival began without it. Our family has carried that responsibility for decades, training under senior vidwans and performing at thousands of functions from small household poojas to grand temple brahmotsavams.
Today, as a full-time Nadhaswara vidwan in Chennai team, we combine that classical training with the reliability modern families expect: confirmed timings, clear packages and calm, respectful conduct at your venue.
Being a Nadhaswara vidwan in Tambaram means most of Chennai's southern suburbs are a short drive away — Chromepet, Pallavaram, Selaiyur, Medavakkam, Perungalathur and Guduvanchery — and we regularly travel to Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram and beyond.
